Sometimes, when reading a text in a different language, you may find a phrase that you don't completely understand; you can search the individual words, but the overall meaning of the phrase is still obscure. In such cases, it would be very useful to have a tool which includes a collection of phrases and their exact meaning. Mr. Daniel Burke has created such a tool, named Translation Manager. It not only features series of words and their equivalent in other languages, like many dictionaries, but it offers also a good amount of standard phrases, sayings and proverbs, many of which are a real nightmare for translators and serious readers. If this sole reason was not enough for downloading the program, it also contains many language pairs, all of them to and from English, like Spanish, French and German, but also other not-so-common languages like Dutch, Czech, Swedish and Nowregian. The program has a very simple interface, so you don't need to struggle with complicated menus and commands. Simply write the first word of the sentence, or search it in the right panel. When selected, the meaning of the phrase would appear at the lower panel. All in all, this is a very useful tool for translators, language students and readers alike.
